The fund provides access to a well-diversified portfolio of institutional quality investment real estate in developed markets, with daily liquidity. The majority of the portfolio is invested in the US, as this is the largest and most developed public real estate market in the world.

In addition to geographic diversification the fund offers access to multiple property sectors, each with its own return and risk profiles. Many of the non-traditional property types, like Data Centres, Manufactured Housing, Lab Space and Cell Towers are not ordinarily accessible to the average investor. In addition, investors have access to companies with experienced management teams with the necessary expertise to operate these assets.

Individual property, sector, and geographical risks are mitigated by owning a portfolio of thousands of individual properties, each with multiple individual underlying leases. The underlying liquidity of the securities in the portfolio provide an opportunity for enhanced risk-adjusted returns as it makes it possible to capitalise on changing market fundamentals in a timely and cost-effective manner.
