We have been investing our clients’ money in the South African listed real estate sector since the establishment of Catalyst Fund Managers in 2001, and in the global listed real estate sector since 2007.
The investment team is well-established, with the two portfolio managers of the Catalyst SCI Shariah Global Real Estate Fund having been part of the team since 2015 and 2018, respectively.
The Catalyst SCI Shariah Global Real Estate Fund invests in global developed markets but is denominated in ZAR.
